For the last 4 years Derek and Christine Heather have been serving Fish and Chips three evenings a week in the South Vendee. Bringing the special taste imported direct from the UK the menu is focused on the bare essentials all cooked to perfection: fish (cod) and chips, or sausage and chips, or just chips. Mushy peas and curry sauce provide the additional essential for some customers.

Each evening the chip van can be found outside a welcoming bar - so if you don't want to take your food home - pop into the bar and wash your food down with a local brew.
