Hi to everyone, Hope you are all keeping well and looking forward to the longer evenings. Insurance meeting Axa have been in touch to ask if they hold a meeting in the cafe to explain the new range of products they now have available. They will be covering the basic insurance for cars, health, house and also investment and life insurance. They will also talk about the french tax system. We had hoped to hold the meeting in April, but to give them time to prepare, it will take place during May. I will send out the date as soon as it is confirmed. Photos During August last year, Keith had an exposition of photos of people and places in the village. He is now having it printed in book form. If any one is interested in a copy, can you please let me know. The cost of the book will be in the region of £25. Jan's Book sale. Jan will be in the cafe with her book stall on Wednesday 2nd April from 2o'clock. Palets We are still playing on a Wednesday and Sunday afternoon. If anyone is interested in taking part in a KO competition , please let me know. VTT Now that the longer evenings(and hopefully better weather) we will have to get some routes sorted out. Next ride will be on Thursday 24th leaving the cafe at 18.00Hrs. Cafe closed The cafe will be closed on Monday 14th & Monday 21st April. Computer Clinic Barry will be holding a computer clinic on Monday 7th April at 2o'clock. Golf & Tennis If you are coming over for holidays, and would like a game of tennis or golf, feel free to contact us. B&B We have a list in the cafe of people who have B&B and Gites. If you know anyone who wants accommodation in the area, please ask them to get in touch with Trish or I. Gardening Club The club was started by Chris and Jan, and has been going from strength to strength. As well as monthly meetings Chris & Jan organise visit to various gardens. If anyone would like more details please leave your details in the cafe and I will pass them on to Chris. I think this covers about everything. Look forward to seeing you all soon G&T
